Pay the administration fee in advance upon your length of stay during your study 4. Wait for the notification of the email that informs you the amount and payment details. 5. Pay this fee through any national banks in Indonesia and send an email of the copy of the bank payment receipt for the purpose of the verification. 6. Complete the online application by uploading the files requested at the Indonesian Ministry of Higher Education online portal. 7. Wait for the result of the review the visa/permit application whether your study permit application is approved or denied. 8. Apply for the telex visa online through the Indonesian Immigration website, wait for the approval of the application of telex visa, and pay the administration fee. 9. Wait for the Indonesian Immigration Office to send the telex visa to the university or school you study and your email so that you can print it out and submit it at the Indonesian Embassy. 10. Contact the Indonesian Embassy to arrange the visa collection and pay the fee in advance. The fee will depend on the length of your stay in Indonesia. 11. Arrive in Indonesia and report to the Indonesian Immigration and have the biometric data verification taken. 12. Wait for the issuance of an Indonesian E-KITAS (Electronic Limited Stay Permit) and have the Limited Stay Permit Stamp on your passport. The process of obtaining the Indonesian student KITAS may take a long time.
